Hola, Hello Everything went well, on time, professional, i will use u again. We had a great time in Los Cabos. The airport transfers to and from the Hotel to airport worked out wonderful for us. We will for sure use transbaja again the next time. Thanks again. Hola! Hola, The airport shuttle transfer was good. The driver was friendly and helpful. I only have one small complaint: when we walked outside of the airport and were looking for the TransBaja person, there were several people that claimed they were transbaja, but they were not wearing the orange polo shirt like your website said we should look for. But we quickly found the man in the orange shirt and everything was fine. Maybe the others were transbaja empolyees, but without the orange shirt we did not trust them. Perhaps they were imposters. Had a great time in Cabo! It was perfect - exactly as expected. We will definitely use your service next time we are in Cabo! Our flight was not only delayed by 8 hours getting into Cabo, but our airlines and flight had to be changed due to weather. I made one call to TransBaja when we got stuck in Houston - and everything was handled. After a VERY long day of frustration and travel, it was good to see our driver waiting for us outside of the airport. I would recommend your transport to anyone, and we will be using you again when we come back to Cabo in 2009. Your service was very efficient and we will definitely use Transbaha next time we visit. We especially appreciated knowing in advance how to make it through the airport and out the door to the transfer point without any problems and confrontations with timeshare sales people. We were very happy with the transportation service. They got us to Pueblo Bonito, Sunset Beach just 15 minutes after the check in started. So we did not have to wait to get into our rooms at all. However, when we arrived at the airport, a person asked us who our transport company was, I showed him the voucher, and he directed me to a counter which he said had to check the papers. It of course, was not Transcabo, although the person at the counter took the papers, pretended to check them over, and then proceeded to try to sell us timeshares. We already own a timeshare, but were somewhat upset over the lies that were told us about how to find our ground transportation. They even had an orange counter, and we had been told to look for persons wearing the orange shirts. The pickup at the hotel on the return trip was on time and got us to the airport in plenty of time to go through all the lines there. The only other thing I could suggest is for the drivers to have a step stool to get into the vans. I have bad arthritis in my hips and have a very difficult time putting my foot up so high and then transferring weight to that height to step up. The driver had to get behind me to push me up into the van. I think this could be avoided with a simple plastic step stool like I have at home to get up to reach my high cupboards. Brooke Allen Transbaja did a great job. Unfortunately despite all the warnings we were still hunted down by the timeshare hustlers. But once we got past them our Transbaja driver was there waiting with a designated sign with our name printed on the front. He was very polite - he was also very considerate and concerned to ask about our toddler and her car seat. And my kids were very excited to be in a Cadillac Escalade since we'd never been in one. The great service and fancy car definitely set the tone for what we hoped the rest of our vacation would be like. So having said that and also telling you that we had a wonderful time in Cabo, we laughed when we were picked up to return to the airport in a standard minivan. But the driver was great and very helpful and friendly. We'll definitely use Transbaja again. And I think the advise you gave to just get a private car versus a shared vehicle for pretty much the same price was on the mark since we were traveling with 3 young kids who just wanted to get off the plane and head to the beach as soon as possible. I found the transfer service to be great - the price was more than competitive and the service was more than worth the cost. Both drivers were friendly, very polite and drove safely. Just as advertised, there were no stops, so the travel was quick in both directions. I also found your website to be very helpful (for example, instructions to avoid the time share area at the airport, which not all friends who came on the trip at different times were warned about, but they also went through different services). Our only complaint is that our pickup time from the Hotel was way to early and we had to wait around the airport for over four hours. The bar only took cash and we were low on that so the time waiting was too long. Next time I will call and change the pickup time to a more reasonable hour. Thanks My driver took excellent care of me - helped me find my hotel even though I lost the piece of paper with the address - and was 100% the gentleman. My only complaint is that I had to wait a very long time at the airport for the van to leave - almost an hour, when I was told I would wait no longer than 15 minutes. I was very pleased with the transfer service. The drivers were easy to find, prompt, polite and careful behind the wheel. The pickup at the hotel was on time. It was convienent. Once we found the transfer service, we had to wait about 20 minutes for the van to fill and for our driver to help people with their luggage that were not even customers of the company. I thought there were more stops than I expected. It said one to 2, but there were 3 to 4.Thanks, Service great, Ruebun was excellent, he went WAY above & beyond the call of duty. Your service was just as promises - the driver was waiting for us with sign in hand. We will use your services again. Hello We used TransBaja transportation and they were the BEST. Thank you Very pleased with the service. The driver was friendly, provided water, spoke good English and was knowledgeable about the area. I find TransBaja to be the only way to travel from the airport to the local resorts. I plan to return in October and will be utilizing your service again; provided the cost remains affordable. So much keeps going up in Cabo and everyone seems to think every American is rich (not true) so it is nice to find affordable transportation. Thank you
Affordable transportation is a blessing. I encountered some difficulty on arrival and was delayed getting to my resort by about thirty minutes, but the price was right and I did make it.
TransBaja transfer service was excellent. Clean, friendly, easy to find
(after we got past the time share people). One of the time share people was
wearing an orange shirt and told us he worked for your company and that the
van would not be ready to leave for about 15 minutes. Took us a couple You guys did a fantastic job--from helping me get the reservations to the drivers being so helpful and friendly. Thank you for all you did. Your transfer service was a great help. We were dropped off at one hotel and picked up at another hotel as we transfered for the second week. Your driver was prompt to the time picking us up and you were able to accomodate our needs.
We hope to utiilize your service in the near future when we travel to Cabo again. Our arrival driver and the ease of finding him were wonderful. There were 2 other stops besides ours (one before and one after us), and the ride was very nice and made even more pleasur |
