Passengers with a health condition

Please consult with physician or health specialist and report to airline personnel on personal health care prior to flight.

Passangers on wheelchairs

May access to boarding gate waiting area and aircraft.
Wheelchairs must be hand operated or motor assisted with dry cell batteries.

Passengers on stretchers

Abulance may park outside terminal tower building of the airport.
Please address to related clerk where proceedings will be explained.
If passenger has been discharged from a govermental hospital, acces to the aircraft will be free of charge.
Passengers discharged from a private hospital, access to the airplane will have an extra charge of 240.00 pesos (Mexican currency), plus tax.

Pregnant passengers:

Passengers are advise against traveling from the 36th week onward..
Mediction allowed at boarding gate waiting areas and in aircraft:
Only prescribed drugs for personal use will be allow if accompanied by physician's prescription.

UNDER AGE PASSENGERS INFORMATION

Information for under age travellers:
Under age travellers are considered between ages 5 to 17.
Under 5 years of age children must be accompanied by an adult realative or an aquaintance.
From 15 to 17 years old it is optional to pay for airline escourt fee.
At the information desk of the airline forms are available to fill out for minors to travel, it is mandatory that an official id is shown and fee is paid in full.

REQUIREMENTS IF TRAVELING WITH PETS

Passangers traveling with 1 or 2 pets (dogs and/or cats), you must carry with you: Veterinarians certification: Proof of vaccination.

If traveling with more than 2 pets, you must carry with you:
Veterinarian certificate.
Proof of vaccination updated.
Payment's bill (form 5, SAT), with bank's stamp on it.
Pets must travel in the documented luggage compartment. It is recommended NOT to place pet's food inside carrying cages.
